4 cups flour
1 3/4 cups Crisco
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
1 egg
1/2 cup water

Mix flour, Crisco, sugar, and salt. In separate bowl, beat together egg, vinegar, and water. Combine the 2 mixtures, stirring with fork until all ingredients are moistened. Then with hands mold dough into a ball. Chill at least 15 minutes. Roll into desired shapes. Makes enough for 2 double crusts and 1 shell.
