For each #10 can of beans:

Salt, pepper, garlic salt, bacon grease, 1 cup pecans or almonds, 2 cans of mushroom soup, and 2-1/2 cups cheese

Simmer beans and other ingredients except cheese together until water has gone down… add to large baking dish and top cheese
