1 - 2 qt. chicken broth
2 - 3 lb. lean pork cut in bite size pieces
2 t. chopped garlic
3 cans Rotel tomatoes with green chiles
3 cans green chiles
1/3 can jalapenos (less for milder taste)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork in small amount of fat. Then add remaining ingredients, bring to boil then turn heat down and simmer a couple of hours or until meat is fall-apart tender. Mash some of the soup with a potato masher to break up part of the meat but not all.
Serve in soup bowls with tortillas on the side.
