1/4 cup olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
black pepper to taste
1 large head of cauliflower

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cauliflower vertically through the stem all the way through to the other side o the cauliflower into 1-inch-thick steaks.
Whisk oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, smoked paprika, chili powder, and black pepper together in a bowl.
Brush one side of steaks with some of the oil mixture. Place on pan lined with parchment paper, oil side down. Brush the tops with oil mixture

Bake in 400 oven 5-10 minutes until cauliflower is as soft as you want. You can also put it on the grill.
