1 lb 90% lean ground beef
1 cup dried bread crumbs
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup milk
1large egg, beaten
2 T catsup
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t dried parsley leaves
3/4 t salt
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t black pepper
For the topping
1/4 c catsup
2 T brown sugar
1T red wine vinegar or a squirt of yellow mustard

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF
In large bowl combine bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic until mixed.
Add beef and mix well with your hands until well combined.
Put meat mixture into loaf pan and pat down.
In small bowl put catsup, brown sugar and vinegar.
Stir to combine
Pour over meatloaf and spread into even layer.
Bake uncovered for 55 minutes.
Let meatloaf stand for 8-10 minutes before slicing so it doesn’t fall apart.
