Ingredients:
1 box of chocolate brownie mix

Pecan pie filling:
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
4 eggs
1/4. cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups pecans, roughly chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°

Mix brownies according to directions. Pour brownie mix into greased 13x9" in. pan and bake for 15 mins.

Whisk together sugar, corn syrup, eggs, butter and vanilla flavoring in a small saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring continously. This filling should be thickening (about 15 mins.). Stir pecans in mixture and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until mixture reaches a runny consistency like oatmeal.

When brownies have finished pre-baking, remove from oven & pour pecan filling over them, spreading to cover entirely. Put back in oven & bake for 5 minutes more or until the filling jiggles slightly in the middle when you move the pan.

Let cool to room temperature before cutting.
