3 c. fresh peaches
Lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place peaches in a greased casserole dish; sprinkle lemon juice on peaches. Sprinkle with sugar and flour mixed together; dot with butter.

1 c. flour
1 T. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. Crisco
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Cut in Crisco and then add the milk. Drop by spoonfuls on fruit. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes. Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
