1 c. margarine
2 c. flour
2 T. powdered sugar
Pinch of salt
Mix together like pie crust. Put in slightly greased 9x13-inch pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350°.

Mix the following while baking:
6 egg yolks
1 c. whipping cream
5 c. cut up rhubarb
2 c. sugar
4 T. flour
Spread over baked crust and bake for 1 hour.

Topping: Beat 6 egg whites. Add 8 tablespoons sugar, or less (I use 6 to 7 tablespoons). Whip until stiff. Spread on baked rhubarb and bake until lightly browned.
