2 c. chopped rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put rhubarb in buttered baking dish and sprinkle with 1/2 c. sugar. Top with batter created from the remainder of the ingredients. Bake at 370º until done (350° for 45 minutes in Pyrex pan). Serve warm, with plain or whipped cream.
