3 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. cold water*
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rhubarb until soft and thick. Add sugar. Chill. Serve with cream. May also add fresh strawberries.
*Or use cold water to cover and 2 tablespoons tapioca dissolved in a little warm water for thickening.
