3 T. sugar (Splenda)
2 tsp. cinnamon
10 flour tortillas
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. cold fat-free milk
1 pkg. sugar-free white chocolate or vanilla pudding
2 c. whipped cream
1/4 c. chocolate chips, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Coat each side of tortilla with cooking spray; sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Cut into four wedges. Place into muffin tin with circle-edge down (2 wedges will make cup). Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat milk and pudding for 2 minutes. Mix cream cheese and pudding mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Spoon 3 tablespoons into each cup. Drizzle with chocolate. Refrigerate for 5 minutes and eat.
