FIRST LAYER:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. pecans
Blend well and press into 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:
Beat together:
1 Ig. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
Then fold in 1 (8-ounce) carton Cool Whip and spread on cooled first layer crust.

THIRD LAYER:
Beat together:
2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
Spread on cheese layer.

FOURTH LAYER:
1 (8-ounce) carton Cool Whip
Garnish with chopped nuts or toasted coconuts. Store in refrigerator. Freezes well.
