Filling

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) ctn. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip, blending well. Put into graham cracker crust. May either use a purchased graham cracker crust, or make your own in a pie plate. Chill until set, approximately 4 hours.
 

Topping

1 box. Junket Danish Dessert (raspberry or strawberry)
1 box frozen raspberries or strawberries

Directions:

Follow directions on the Junket box as for the pie glaze. Thaw and drain the raspberries, reserving the syrup. Use that syrup and enough water to equal 1 3/4 cup. Stir in contents of package and bring to a full boil for one minute. Can be done in the microwave, in which you need to stir once a minute until it is boiling one full minute. Chill until thick enough to use as a glaze. Pour over set cheesecake.
