1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 eggs, separated
1 c. cream, whipped
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and cheese; add 3 beaten egg yolks and salt. Add whipped cream and vanilla. Fold in 3 egg whites, beaten stiff. Put 1/2 cup crumbs in bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Pour in cheesecake mixture and cover with other 1/2 cup crumbs. Place in freezer and freeze hard. Cut and serve. If kept covered and frozen, it will keep for 2 weeks or more.
Can serve with blueberry, cherry or other toppings, or just serve plain.
