CRUST*:
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
Mix melted butter, sugar and graham cracker crumbs together. Press in 9x13-inch cake pan. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 375°, or until lightly browned. Cool.

FILLING:
1 c. boiling water
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
3 T. lemon juice
Mix boiling water, Jello and lemon juice until dissolved. Set aside to cool. When cool, whip until light.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 8 oz. Cool Whip
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add 1 (8-ounce) carton Cool Whip. Fold cream cheese mixture in Jello mixture. Pour over graham cracker crust. Cover and cool in refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until set. Spread favorite pie filling on top.
Very light and delicious. Can also be frozen.
*Can use graham cracker ready-made pie crust, but will be extremely full.
