1 (6 oz.) can thawed unsweetened apple juice
1 1/2 T. cornstarch
1 1/2 T. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. raisins

Peel and slice apples. Place apples and juice in heavy skillet. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Stir gently into apple mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes, until thickened. Stir in cinnamon and raisins. Pour into greased 9x9- inch pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes, until browned.

1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. margarine

Mix oats and walnuts; add margarine. Mix with fork until crumbly.
