6 eggs (at room temperature)
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cups cake meal
4 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup cinnamon/sugar mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well and gradually add sugar. Blend well. Gradually add oil and beat well. Stir in cake meal, scraping bowl frequently. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan, alternating batter with apples sprinkled with cinnamon/sugar. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar on top.

Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes.
