5 lb bag of russet potatoes
(Generally two potatoes per person)
1 stick of butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp minced onion
Salt
Pepper
Fresh rosemary to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes till tender, drain and return to pot

Run beater through to rough mash

Microwave butter and milk until butter is semi-melted and add to potatoes.

Beat with hand mixer till smooth.

Add seasoning and mix again. add more to taste if desired.
