1/2 lb. Ground Turkey
2 tsp. Avocado Oil
1/2 c. Diced Onion
1/2 c. Carrot, shredded
1/4 tsp. Grated fresh Ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. Chicken broth
3 c. Shredded cabbage
1 tbsp. Coconut aminos
Sea salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground Turkey in a large pan over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add avocado oil and diced onions to the pan; sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add shredded carrots, ginger, and garlic; sauté for another 2 minutes. Add cooked Turkey back to the pan, and stir everything together.

Add chicken broth to the pan and scrape the bottom to get all the good bits up and included in the sauce. Add shredded cabbage, coconut amino’s, sea salt, and pepper. Stir everything together. Cover pan, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for 12-15 minutes.
