3 squares - unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 sticks - margarine OR butter
1 c. - sugar
1 - egg
1 tsp. - vanilla
2 c. - flour
1 tsp. - baking soda
¼ tsp. - salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir sugar into melted chocolate. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour after mixing. Make into balls. Roll in sugar or nuts. Bake at 375º for 8 to 10 minutes.
