Combine in a large bowl:
2 heads of Romaine
2c. corn kernels (preferably cut from cob and steamed)
2c. cherry tomatoes
1- 1&1/2 c. toasted pecans
1 c. coarsely grated parmesan

Prepare Dressing by blending:
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. finely chopped basil, cilantro or parsley
Refrigerate

When ready to serve, drizzle vegetables with as much dressing as desired.
Top with croutons, if desired.
