1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, 1 c. fresh bread crumbs, 1 onion, diced, 1 egg, lightly beaten, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 2 (8oz.) can tomato sauce, 3 tbsp. vinegar, 3 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 c. water, to thin sauce if necessary.

Mix together the beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt pepper, and 1/2 c of tomato sauce. Form into a loaf and place in shallow pan. Stir together the remaining tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire and the water, if too thick. Pour this sauce over the meatloaf, bake for 1 hour and 45 min. Baste every so often with sauce.
