2 lb. or so ground beef (80/20)
1 large onion (chopped)
29 oz. can chopped tomatoes
2 cans chili hot beans
4 cans beans of your choice (pinto, kidney beans, etc.)
2 packages Carroll Shelby Chili Kit
2 T. chili powder (or to taste)
1 T. cumin (or to taste)
Serve with (optional): Fritos, sour cream, chives, shredded cheese

Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion to ground beef and cook for 5 minutes. Add all canned ingredients. Then add the large Carroll Shelby seasoning packs (2) reserving the masa and cayenne pepper packs for later. Mix well. Bring to simmer over low heat. Add masa packets if you prefer a thicker chili. Add cayenne pepper if you prefer a hotter chili (to taste).
