sweet potatoes
marshmallows
nutmeg
butter
Directions:
Directions:
Spray sweet potatoes with non stick spray and bake at 400º until soft.
Cool a little.
Peel sweet potatoes and put in large bowl, add butter and nutmeg. Mix a little with mixer. Pour into baking dish and top with marshmallows. Bake at 350º until marshmallows are melted.

If you are making this the day before, don't cover with marshmallow until after they are warmed in oven.
