2 tubes of Crescent Rolls
2 - 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
¾ c. Mayonnaise
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Dry Mix
8 oz. Finely Shredded Colby Cheese
Shredded Carrots
Shredded Broccoli
Shredded Cauliflower

In a bowl allow cream cheese to come to room temperature. Using a large cookie sheet spread the crescent roll dough and press to create the pizza crust. Using oven temperature on package (mine was 350º ) bake the crust about 10 minutes. Let cool. To the bowl of softened cream cheese add the mayonnaise and packet of salad dressing mix. Stir until well blended. Set aside. Using a blender or food processor chop the broccoli, then the cauliflower then the carrots. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the cooled crust. Sprinkle the broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and top with the cheese. Keep refrigerated.
