1 cup butter, softened
1 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
1 T salt
1 T sugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 t baking powder
1 12 oz can fruit-flavored baker filling (such as Solo brand)
1 cup confectioner's sugar

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, milk and sugar until thoroughly blended, about 1 minute. Beat in egg yolk.
2. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut dough with floured, 1 1/2 inch round cookie cutter. Place cookies on ungreased baking sheets about 1 inch apart. Make a depression in the center of cookies with thump or back of spoon. Fill centers with 1 teaspoon of fruit filling.
3. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned on bottoms. Remove from baking sheets and cool completely on wire racks. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar just before serving.
