1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
1 T water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Beat egg white and water until stiff, add pecans and coat well. In another bowl mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Pour sugar mixture over the pecans and mix well until coated completely. Pour onto foil lined cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes or it will stick. When done, place on waxed paper to cool. Break apart. Store in air tight containers.
