1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened) or Crisco
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup candy corn

13-15 minutes

Line a 9x13 pan with foil and spray with cooking spray

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars

Add the eggs and vanilla, continue to cream together. Add peanut butter, mix in well.

Add flour, baking soda and salt, slowly.

With a wooden spoon add 1 cup of candy corn and mix in well.

Using the wooden spoon, spread the batter evenly in your pan. Press the remaining 1/2 cup of candy corn into the top of the mixture.

Bake the bars for 13 - 15 minutes, until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the bars cool before cutting.
