1 lb ground beef
1 white onion chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
1/4 cup of water
1 can roe-tel
1 can corn, drained
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup of water
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 container of chive and onion cream cheese
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Dash of salt and pepper
1 cup each of cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) brown ground beef and onion together til done, drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning to beef mixture along with the 1/4 cup of water.
2) Add roe-tell and corn stir until well blended.
3) in a large bowl add Bisquick and 1 cup of water and stir until well blended may need to add a little more water or Bisquick to form a dough.
4) For creamy mixture, mix together mayo and cream cheese then fork in spices until blended.
5) In a 9x13 inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray spread dough evenly over baking dish.
6) Add hamburger mixture in and add creamy mixture over hamburger mixture spread as evenly as possible.
7) On top of creamy mixture spread cheeses and bake in preheated oven at 325ºF for about 40 minutes.

Top with cherry tomatoes and sour cream.
