14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Dash of almond flavoring
14 oz bag shredded coconut flakes

10-12 minutes


Combine condensed milk, vanilla extract and almond flavoring. In a seperate bowl, place the shredded coconut flakes, pour milk/extract mixture over coconut and stir well. Use a Tablespoon or cookie scoop to place mixture on parchment paper or silpat lined cookie sheets.

Bake until edges are a bit browned.

Carefully remove from tray. (the macaroons may scrunch as you remove them.
Using a metal spatula or using it upside down to push the macaroons off the cookie sheets may work best for you). After cooling on parchment paper, brush bottoms with melted chocolate chips.

Let the chocolate dry before enjoying!
