3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup softened butter
1 slightly beaten egg
3 Tablespoons Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add slightly beaten egg, cream and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt, and to creamed mixture. Check to be sure there are no dry spots.

Seperate dough into 2 to 3 disks, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for approximately 20 minutes.
