1 loaf frozen bread dough (Rhoades)
1/2 -1 c. Mozzerella (Shredded)
Italian Herbs
Cooking Spray

Directions:
Directions:
Spray seasoned cast iron dutch oven with cooking spray. Place the frozen dough in the dutch oven and cover with the lid for 3-5 hours until risen. Sprinkle the top of the dough with mozzarella and herbs to your preference. Bake in a 350º F oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm with a healthy slathering of butter!
