2 stick margarine
1/3 cup and 1/2 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
3 tsp of vanilla
1 pound powder sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
2 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1 stick for margarine, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup of oil Remove from heat and 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 1 tsp baking soda. Mix thoroughly with a hand mixer. Add 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 cup milk. Stir until well mixed. Pour into well greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 325º for 20 minutes-check with a toothpick.

Icing:
Cook over medium heat until boiling. Be sure to stir frequently. 1 stick margarine,1/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 tsp of vanilla. Then remove from heat and add and stir in 1 tsp vanilla and 1 pound of sifted powder sugar. Immediately after making this, pour over cooled cake. Allow icing to harden before cutting.

This is delicious but makes a lot since it is made in a jelly roll pan.
