Prepare the day before serving:

Marinade:
Worchestershire sauce
splash of olive oil
oregano
garlic salt
lemon pepper
A-1 sauce
water



Good sized London Broil

Directions:
Directions:
1) Poke holes in meat with a fork on both sides to tenderize.
2) Mix marinade ingredients together and pour into a shallow glass dish.
3) Marinade meat for 1 day on the first side. Overnight on the second side.
4) Cook under the broiler for 45 minutes turn one time halfway through.
5) When slicing the meat, use a very sharp knife, cut on a diagonal.
6) Serve while it is hot, Enjoy.
