3 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. frozen french style green beans (thawed and drained)
1/2 to 3/4 sliced green onion
Garlic powder to taste
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place in greased 9x13 baking dish

Top with 1 sleeve crushed Ritz crackers combined with 1 stick melted butter.

Bake at 350ºF for 30 to 40 minutes.

Can be made up to two days in advance and be refrigerated.
