Beef Bone with Some Meat on it
Pink Beans
2 Onions
3 or 4 Cloves of Garlic
Pepper
Salt
Chili Powder
Bacon Rind

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the beef bone. Strain. Soak the beans in the beef water. Cut and add the onions, garlic, papper, salt and chili powder. Add bacon rind. Cook 5 or 6 hours until done.

Good lunch dish on a cold or rainy day...Serve with French Bread and butter for soaking up the juice.
