Chicken Pieces or Breasts 2½ - 3lbs 1.1 -1.4 Kg
garlic powder ½ - ¾ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper ¼ tsp

Condensed tomato soup 10 oz.
condensed mushroom soup 10 oz.
Green onions, finely cut ( about 1 bunch) 7-9
small onion, chopped 1
fresh tomato, chopped 1

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken pieces in bottom of large casserole or small roaster. sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper.

Combine both soups with onions and tomato. spoon over chicken.
Cover. Bake in 350ºF(180ºC) oven for 2 hours or until tender.
