1 lb ground beef
1 cup water
1 oz taco seasoning
1 cup diced yellow onion
20 oz rotel tomatoes and chilies, drained
12 oz canned corn, drained

For the biscuit layer:
3 cups Bisquick
1 cup water

For the topping:
7.5 oz whipped chive cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 Tbsp onion pwd
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar mix or monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour the ground beef into a large saute pan over medium heat. Finely crumble the ground beef as it cooks. When fully cooked, drain the grease from the pan.
Add the water and taco seasoning to the pan with the ground beef. Stir well and leave to simmer for 4 minutes over the medium heat.
Add the diced onion, corn, and Rotel to the pan. Stir and reduce to low heat.
Pour the bisquick mix and water into mixing bowl, stir until sticky dough is formed. Place the dough into the bottom of greased 9 x 13 dish spreading evenly.
Place the ground beef mixture on top of the dough and spread out evenly.
Place the cream cheese, mayo, onion powder, and salt in mixing bowl and cream with electric mixer until smooth consistency.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of the ground beef mixture and spread as evenly possible.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the dish. Place the dish in the oven for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
