1 lb. pork ground pork sausage
2 cups Bisquick
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. freshly chopped parsley plus more to garnish
1 Tbsp. paprika
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Extgra-virgin olive oil for brushing

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together sausage, Bisquick, cheddarl, parsley and paprika until combined and season with salt and pepper.


Form into balls using hands or a small scoop

Place 2" apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Brush with olive oil,

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown
