1 1/2 c whole milk
1/2 c heavy cream
2 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp espresso powder (optional but intensifies chocolate flavor)
8 oz bittersweet chocolate (at least 70%) chopped
Lots of Whipped cream
Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the milk, cream, powdered sugar and espresso powder, if you are using it.

2. Remove the pan from the stove when you see small bubbles form along the edges of the pan. DO NOT ALLOW MIXTURE TO BOIL.

3. Stir in chopped chocolate until melted, return to low heat if needed for chocolate to completely melt.

Serve warm, topped with whipped cream and/or marshmallows.
