Preheat waffle iron on high.
2 c cold leftover (thick) mashed potatoes
¼ - ½ c all purpose flour
2 lg eggs
½ - ¾ c shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp minced onion
1 c finely chopped meat, precooked
the seasoning is in the potatoes, but...
Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, flour, eggs. Add cheese, meat, onion.
Spray iron. Add mix to center, abt ½ c at a time.
Cook until golden brown & slightly crispy.
