1 small cabbage, chopped
2 large onions, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
½ stick butter, melted


Topping:
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Place chopped cabbage in a 9 X 13 dish. Layer sliced onions on top of cabbage layer. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise and 1/2 stick melted butter until smooth. Spread mixture on top of cabbage and onions.

Topping:

Mix crushed crackers, butter and cheese together. Place on top of the soup mixture.

Bake for 45-60 minutes or until bubbly.

Personal Notes:
I use 2 sleeves of crackers instead of one because that is too much butter for just one sleeve. You could also use less butter, but I really liked the topping.
