Robert's Bourbon Fudge Recipe

1 12-oz bag dark chocolate chips
1 12-oz bag milk chocolate chips
¼-⅓ cup bourbon (to taste)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup butter
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup nuts if desired (pecans, walnuts, etc)

Directions:

Grease an 8 X 8 baking pan--line with parchment (Robert doesn't line).

Melt chips in microwave, stopping to stir frequently.

Once melted, mix chips, butter and condensed milk to saucepan.

Cook until butter is melted and mixture is smooth.

Remove from heat, add bourbon, vanilla, salt and nuts if including.

Mix well and pour into prepared pan.

Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Remove from pan and cut into squares.
