1 cup flour
1Tbsp sugar
1Tbsp baking powder

1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tsp canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.

In glass measuring container combine wet ingredients.

Stir with large spoon the wet ingredients into the dry.
Let sit a few minutes, don't overmix.

Place non stick pan over medium heat. Lightly coat with either butter or cooking spray. Scoop 1/4 cup of mixture onto pan and cook until slightly bubbling and starting to brown then flip until lightly browned on both sides.

Serve with butter, syrup, canister whipped cream, jam, etc...your choice.
