2-3 c. of left over roast beef (shredded)
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
3 c. beef broth or left-over beef gravy
4 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef with margarine in skillet over low heat, stirring occasionally. Put aside 1/2 cup of broth. Stir remaining broth, ketchup, salt, and garlic into skillet with beef. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Stir reserved broth and flour together in seperate container. Gradually add to beef mixture along with sour cream. Stir until thickened to desired consistency. (You may want to add more ketchup for a bolder taste).
Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice if desired.
