2 sticks butter
2 quarts heavy whipping cream
12 oz. grated parmesan cheese
16 oz, cream cheese
2 Tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon pepper
Salt to taste

Melt butter and heavy cream in large thick pot. After they are melted and combined, stir in spices. Add cream cheese stir over low heat until combined. Add parmesan cheese and stir until combined and smooth.
