4 oz bacon diced
1 lb kielbasa sliced
1 onion diced
2 carrots iced
2 sticks celery diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 t smoked paprika
4 c chicken broth
2 c saurkraut
2 potatoes or celeriac diced
1/2 c quinoa
15 oz white beans
Salt and pepper
Whole grain mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in large pot until crispy and set aside. Add sausage and cook until light golden brown and set aside
Add onion, carrots, celery and cook 5-7 min then add garlic and paprika and cook about a min until fragrant. Add broth, sauerkraut, potatoes, quinoa, beans, bacon and sausage. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 15-20 min until potatoes tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Top with grainy mustard
