1-2 racks of baby back ribs
rib seasoning
aluminum foil
apple juice
bbq sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat smoker to 200 degrees, while it is warming up take out ribs and season to your liking.

Put ribs on smoker bone side down for 2.5 hours

Create boats out of aluminum foil to set ribs into. Place ribs, bone side up, into boat. Dump 1 cup apple juice into the bottom, seal.

up the temp to 250 degrees. Place wrapped ribs on smoker for another 2.5 hours.

remove from wrapping, baste the top with bbq sauce and put back on smoker for another 30-60 minutes, bone side down.

Remove cover for 15 minutes to let rest. Before eating I like to take the membrane off the back of the ribs, or you can leave it.
