2 T. Butter
1 Egg
1 c. Flour
2 T. Baking Powder
2 T. Sugar
1/2 t. Salt

Melt butter then add rest of ingredients. Grandma had only ½ c. Milk, but it needs to be more. Add 2 T. batter to the grill. They need to be small pancakes. I thought the recipe was lost forever and then Becky gave me Grandma's favorite cookbook and there it was.

Spending the night at Grandma Gregg's was always a treat. She would draw the greatest hot baths before you went to bed. Then in the morning hot black coffee, bacon, and silver dollar pancakes. She made you feel so special.
