1 container Fancy Medjool Date
4 oz cream cheese
Pecan halves
Powdered sugar--maybe a cup or so.

Directions:
Directions:
Pit a date, open it up, put in a teaspoon or so of cream cheese--depends on the size of the date.

Stuff a pecan half into the date with the cream cheese and fold it back closed.

Roll the date in powdered sugar until it's well-covered.

Repeat for each date; store in the fridge.
